Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the US. We ship from NC.
How long does shipping take?
Our turn around time is typically no later than 10 days depending on the customization of the item. Most of our items are made within a few days.
As far as shipping goes, that will depend on the type of shipping you choose. I typically ship first class packages and I always drop my packages off at the post office the same day you receive your tracking number.
How do I track my order?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. I drop packages off at the post office the same day I send your tracking number.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Due to the customization of our items, we do not accept returns. If you receive an item that is for some reason defective, please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right for you.

Who is Ellie & Ginger anyway?
I have 2 boys and when I decided that I wanted a bit more of a girly business, I still wanted to include them in my adventure. So, I took the names of their most beloved stuffed animals... Ellie the Elephant and Ginger the Giraffe. :)
