Due to the custom, personalized and/or handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.  Please make sure you are checking your sizing on items and reading descriptions before purchasing.

We make every item and make sure it is high quality before sending it to you.  If it is damaged in transit, you will need to contact the postal service.

If an item for some reason escapes our high quality expectations and you are completely dissatisfied with your order, please reach out to us.  We do our best to make sure you are well taken care of. We appreciate you.
